 47th Annual HASTI  Conference Registration

Registration for the 47th Annual HASTI Conference is now open.  The HASTI Board of Directors has instituted many changes in the conference this year (the conference is no longer downtown, meals are included in the hotel registration and the conference registration, WIFI is free, and parking is FREE!)  Prior to clicking on the REGISTRATION link below read carefully the instructions for registration.

  1. In order to register as a member, your membership must be current.  If you are renewing, you must renew and pay for the renewal prior to registering.  When renewing or becoming a new member you will receive an invoice from us through Wild Apricot.  You must pay this invoice in order to make your membership active.   Please note:  Receiving an invoice does not automatically make your membership active.  It will only become active once payment is received.

  2. Included with this year’s registration is a lunch.  On Thursday we will have a group luncheon with our Keynote Speaker.  Friday will also have a lunch included.  It is important that you select which menu you would like for your meals.  When picking up your materials at registration you will be given a ticket that is specific to your lunch choice.  The planning committee recognized that there are special needs for our attendees.  If you require a special lunch that is not listed please contact the Registration Manager with your request.

  3. We are having a special event on Thursday evening – the HASTI Awards Banquet.  You can purchase a ticket to this event when you register or through the special Banquet Link.  We will have a guest speaker and surprises for all who attend.

  4. As you plan your registration, please consider attending one of the Wednesday Workshops. These sessions are half-day workshops in which you can explore a topic in more depth or get hands-on experience with a product or teaching materials.

  5. Purchase orders will be accepted.  A copy of the signed purchase order including the correct amount approved must be mailed in with the competed pre-registration forms.  Mail these forms to:
