 2018 HASTI Conference Menu

Thursday Lunch

A.  Bow-tie Pasta Primavera:  With seasonal grilled vegetables, tomatoes,
           basil, and extra virgin olive oil.

B.  Chicken Cordon Bleu:  Chicken wrapped over ham & cheese with whole
           grain mustard cream sauce.

             Dessert is included.
             All lunches served with a garden salad with gourmet greens, chef’s selection of
             fresh vegetables and assorted rolls & whipped butter. Fresh coffee, tea,
             decaffeinated coffee, iced water, and ice tea. 
 

Friday Lunch

A.  Club Style Turkey Croissant:  Sliced turkey breast with a fresh croissant
            topped with Monterey Jack Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato with
            pesto mayonnaise accompanied with mustard potato salad and fresh
            fruit garnish.

B.  Grilled Vegetable on Focaccia:  Grilled Portobello, eggplant, roasted red
            pepper, fresh mozzarella, marinated grilled red onion with pearl
            pasta salad.

C.  Asian Chicken Salad: Wyndham signature Asian chicken salad with crisp
            lettuce & sliced tomato with fresh fruit salad and mustard potato salad.

             Dessert is included.
             All cold plated lunches include a served plated dessert, fresh coffee, tea,
             decaffeinated coffee, iced water, and iced tea.  All salads served with
             rolls & butter.

Thursday Awards Banquet

A.  Mediterranean Style Breast of Chicken:  Fresh diced and sun-dried
             tomatoes, olives, and yellow peppers with garlic.

B.  Herb Rubbed Oven Roasted Pork Medallions:  Dried Cherry demi-glaze.

             All dinners include a mixed garden salad, and two sides.  Dessert is provided.
