If you will be utilizing transparencies during your session, HASTI will also provide an overhead projector. PRESENTERS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN LAPTOPS.  For any additional audiovisual needs, you must arrange and pay for your own equipment.

HANDOUTS & SLIDES
If you utilize handouts please have enough for all who attend your session. HASTI requests presenters to supply at least 60 handouts per session at the conference.  HASTI will be posting concurrent session handouts online for attendees to view and print after the conference.
With this new benefit for HASTI attendees we definitely still encourage you to have handouts at your session.  Attending a session at HASTI provides a learning experience for our attendees.  Be sure to include contact information on your handouts so that teachers who attend your session can continue that dialogue.
