Conference registration is non-refundable
HASTI Member Discounts
HASTI members are eligible for discounted conference rates. Member dues are $30 for teachers and industry professionals, $15 for college students and retirees. You must be a current member when registering for the conference to receive the member rate. Therefore, if you are a current member and wishing to attend the conference at the discounted rate, you will need to renew your membership prior to registration.
Bring Your Administrator Along for Free
If 4 people from one school attend HASTI, your Superintendent or Principal will receive a complimentary registration! Please contact the HASTI registrar Registration Manager@hasti.org to take advantage of this special offer.

HASTI Field Trips
Back by popular demand are special field trips to museums, zoos and to the Ed Carpenter shop. HASTI will NOT provide transportation. All attendees will provide their own transportation. HASTI Meals Menu choices
Included with conference registration is a lunch for both Monday and Tuesday. It is important that you select which menu you would like for your meals. When picking up your materials at registration you will be given a ticket that is specific to your lunch choice. The planning committee recognized that there are special needs for our attendees. If you require a special lunch that is not listed please contact the Registration Manager with your request. Pre-registration guarantees meals for the conference. Onsite registration may not meet the time requirement needed to order meals with the hotel.
HASTI Awards Banquet: A special banquet honoring the 2019 HASTI Awardees will be held Monday, February 18 at 5:30 PM. You can purchase a ticket to this event when you register for the conference. We will have a guest speaker and surprises for all who attend. Deadline for signing up for the banquet is February 11, 2019.
All registrations for the conference are to be completed online. HASTI does not have staff to accept paper registrations.
Payment is expected after online registration. Payment completes registration. Payment is made either through credit card, check or an approved purchase order.
